Golden Whale Productions, a company specialising in AI and machine learning for the iGaming industry, has extended its partnership with Switzerland’s Stadtcasino Baden Group.

The multi-year agreement builds on their previous collaboration to enhance customer retention and increase market share, with a stronger focus on Stadtcasino Baden’s B2B subsidiary, Gamanza.

Enhancing Gamanza’s Gamification Suite

Gamanza

Gamanza, which provides iGaming software solutions, aims to benefit from Golden Whale’s machine learning tools to enhance its gamification suite. This includes improvements to GamanzaEngage, a software platform for online casino slot real cash in Switzerland. The updated gamification suite aims to offer an expanded promotional toolkit for B2B clients, leveraging data-driven insights.

Golden Whale CEO Eberhard Dürrschmid noted:

“As part of the agreement, we’ll continue the strong work we’ve done with the brand over the past couple of years while also cooperating more closely with its main B2B arm, Gamanza, to bring our pioneering form of ML-based optimisation directly onto the latter’s gamification suite.”

Focusing On Customer Retention And Market Growth

Stadtcasino Baden Group CEO Christian Aumüller stated:

“The decision to extend the deal was made with a view to drive customer retention and further increase our market share, while also optimising the products and services we offer to B2B clients through Gamanza.”

The agreement follows a year of growth for Golden Whale, including the appointment of Thomas Aigner as SVP for Business Development. Aigner’s expertise in gaming and AI is expected to bolster the company’s presence in the iGaming sector. Earlier this year, Golden Whale also partnered with SCCG Management to expand its footprint in the Americas.
